Scholarships to CWD Regional Conferences

The Education for Children with Diabetes Foundation provides scholarships for families and to attend Children with Diabetes regional conferences annual conferences. These conferences offer families the chance to learn from the world's leading scientists and clinicians, to meet with hundreds of other families, and to learn and share experiences in a way that cannot be done anywhere else.
